I am still waiting on an order to arrive placed just shy of six weeks ago. The tracking number does not seem to work. I have emailed info@munroclothing.com and also used the message chat to try and solve this. The message chat is automated and seems to have only one step…asking for an order number and saying it has been fulfilled. It doesn’t respond to any other question. I am receiving no response from my missing order from the email. Finally, when my original order was processed, the discount code dropped out. I emailed them to sort this out immediately after and also have no outcome. I am really disappointed with this brand as my $252 order is yet to turn up and there is no response. I would be hesitant to do an online order from a small brand again in New Zealand.
