I’m writing this newsletter from the comfort of my spot in front of the fire, cup of tea in hand, and dog across my lap - so I apologise if it’s a wee bit shorter; I may well fall asleep...but don’t let that get you down. Remember, compassion at a time of (worldwide) upheaval is where it’s at, friends - including compassion for your own self. Sit back, stay warm, stay kind - and keep comfy! And keep those tootsies extra warm and comfy this winter with a free pair of socks when you buy a 3 pack of our awesome merino socks...easy as!
This change is already happening; through Level 3 and Level 4, we really noticed how many folk got behind supporting local business - it warmed the cockles of our hearts! I know we’ve said it before, but thank you so much for continuing to support us, and all the other small kiwi businesses.
We all have mum-stories that stand out. This one I only tell to my close friends… when my mum is not around of course.
The story starts with me as a young adult art school graduate, just back from India. Man, that trip totally spun my young conservative Hawke’s Bay head right around...
How’re you holding up being set relatively free in the big, wide world for the first time in weeks? Bit weird, right??
We did it, guys - we made it to Level 2. And we did it as a team 🙏
Life is looking just a little more colourful as the leaves turn and drop and we get to walk around in the crisp, wintry air.
